Operation: Browncastle (July 17-18, 1998) was a CIA raid led by Agent Aristarchus Black against the Browns' compound, ostensibly undertaken for the purpose of rescuing Cameron and recovering intelligence he had gathered. It is the primary event of Agent Cobra: Reborn. It is notable within the New Canon Cobraverse as one of the most disastrous CIA missions in history because of the amount of casualties.

Background
After several years of investigation into the Browns' activity, as well as having engaged in several armed altercations with them, the CIA finally had discovered the location of the Browns' compound near Palmer, Alaska.
