Internal Organization of the BTO[]

Old Canon[]

Not much is known about old canon BTO organization. Cafafiso Brown did divide his men according to physical and mental ability, giving the mentally and physically fit terrorists jobs handling weapons, developing weapons, and dealing with subcontractors. Mentally unstable terrorists, which Brown employed many of, often were given maintenance and janitorial duties. Only when absolutely necessary were they handed weapons.

There was also a well defined hierarchy in place. Cafafiso Brown (and later Alfalfa and Elbert) was at the top. under his direct command were his chief of staff, which in Cafafiso's sake consisted of his two sons. His Royal Guard directly served the leadership, and was made up of the very best soldiers the BTO could offer. Often these men were injected with combat drugs, and later, prototypes of the Bascarack Syrum. The remaining bulk of the BTO was filled by terrorist sergeants and their respective five man squads, along with a large contingent of the mentally ill.
